Honestly this isn't going to happen this Gen. OR should I say too little too late.. We are almost 5 years into the "NEXTGEN" console cycle and new development teams are already working on games for 2013 and beyond (2013 is when I think new consoles will come around) 2014 at latest.

Have not seen anything on the comparison of 360 vs PS3 for this game Does anyone know if there will be differences like GTA? Also it seems all the footage was shown on 360 from the trailers etc which means it was probably developed on 360 and ported to ps3??
Also I see some info on multiplayer so it looks like the 360 would win out on that front just because of LIVE and ease of headset and party chat. I'm torn which version to get!

After reading this thoroughly the entire article / preview is conducted under false pretenses. He was running it from Kentucky on a friend of a friends account who lives in CA. He was well over the 1000 miles radius and was able to play most of the games on standard settings fine.
Steve Pearlmen stated that the beta client was tweaked per user account to get data so the settings for this guy were not even correct. Stop bashing the technology all will be proven wrong shortly.
Wii's core audience isn't hard to develop for at all. The problem is the Wii's graphics are so outdated, the control mechanism are hit and miss, and the lack of an easy Online feature for friends etc is non-existence..
I have a Wii and honestly most of the games are utter crap.. Nintendo has decided to push anything out to make money off licensing and quality and brand name be dammed.
Just updating the Wii to HD isn't going to fix it either they need a new strategy ...

I have both games on 360 and PS3 the only difference is load up times (faster on ps3) and slightly better controls (360- just the feel of the stick so this is MY opinion)

The reason games drop in stores is simply because of spacing issues. EB Gets 100 copies of Red Alert 3 and they don't have store space for it so they try to move them cheaper. With E-Distribution you don't have that worry.
