Well, Xbox One is doing good nonetheless but to make it do better than good you'll need these things at E3:
1. Announce a new Xbox One Slim, priced at 249$ for 500GB HDD and 299$ for 1TB HDD.
2. Announce more new 1st party IPs and make it ONLY on Xbox.
3. Show off Crackdown 3's Cloud-based destruction and make more Ads about it, that would get people's attention.
4. Announce a new more powerful Xbox One, must be as powerful as PS4 NEO ...

Both are having great exclusives but the PS4 is better in 2016 so far, Uncharted 4, Ratchet and Clank and SFV (but SFV failed miserably. Xbox One only has Quantum Break in 2016.
But in 2014 and 2015, XB1 offered better exclusives than PS4 tbh.
No, E3 is bigger than ever, why? Well..... Look at the number of conferences, you have EA (their conferences won't be at E3 in Los Angeles but they'll have their conference at June 12nd nonetheless), Bethesda, PC Gaming Conference, Sodukawa Conference, Ubisoft, Square Enix, Microsoft and Sony.
Now you have 8 Press Conferences at E3, bigger than before and the number of people watching E3 LIVE is gettting bigger and bigger as years go by..... And Nintendo, well.....I...
Guys just play the damn game and don't worry about the sales, let the companies worry about the sales figures.
And besides, the game is doing Incredibly well, don't know why some people give so much attention about the sales.

I've completed Quantum Break twice and I've completed Uncharted 4 twice too.
QB is a well done game, very good game but Uncharted 4 is a much better game in my opinion.
Well, 2 to 1 install base more than XB1, then of course It would sell more, and Halo 5 was released with Star Wars BF, CoD BO3 and Fallout 4.

Oh I get you, when I said the game looks like a PS5 I meant that it doesn't look like a PS4 game, It looks like the game is running on a more powerful machine, when I was playing the game I was saying this to myself 'Is this running on a PS5'? Lol!!
This is what they'll announce and release in 2016:
1. Xbox One Slim.
2. Xbox TV for Windows 10 Apps and Netflix and other things like that, just like Amazon FIRE, It's not for gaming.
And for 2017:
New more powerful Xbox One, Codenamed 'Scorpio', features more powerful GPU/CPU, will be capable of 4K Gaming, will be released in 2017.
