Lmao really GOTY? There is a better chance of the world's ocean's drying up by the end of the year. It might be a fun distraction, but there is no way this is remotely close to a GOTY contender. This smells like NMS, face it, the game is bombing. Perhaps SOD 2 Will be xbox's best 2018 game, but sea of thieves, it is not.

Looks absolutely perfect. Graphics look superb. Level design and environments are amazing. Combat looks intense and brutal, and responsive. It's shaping up as one of the better games in 2018, no surprise.
Also not a surprise to see 95% of the negativity come from the usual xbox fanboys, how desperate considering this game clearly looks stunning. Get over it.
BOTW, mario odyssey, splatoon 2, bayonetta 1 and 2 are brilliant games that make the switch more than worth owning.

There is no way you can tell me sea of thieves will be bigger than God of War, the last of us part 2, Spiderman, Horizon, etc. If you consider those games B rate then Sea of thieves is Z rate.

Rubbish. I can't for the life of me see how a 30 dollar game can now all of a sudden change things on it's head. I still have persona 5, Horizon zero dawn frozen wilds, gravity rush 2, etc. All in my backlog. Value lies in the variety and quality of different games a console has to offer. In that regard., Microsoft is falling way behind and there is a reason why they are sitting in distant 2nd place.
