What does graphics have to do with gameplay?
Yeah but it's almost the final week of August. The next week is gonna be stiff competition in September/Fall releases.
Some websites have MGS Ground Zeroes coming out in September. So I'd rather save my money for that. Plus we should know if that release date is true by August anyway.
I used to like Splinter Cell, but the new one looks like some hyper active mess, a far cry from the careful, calculating stealth of the series's past. Just because it has the same publisher as the past games, doesn't mean it has the same developers.
Keep that in mind as you watch pre...
Persona 4. Period.
It's been a long wait. I want like 3 new Smt/persona games. What took so long?
Maybe Atlus should localize it as publisher for the west.
Who cares what Wii U does. What will it matter when REAL next gen starts.
Atlus > Square and Enix combined (past, present, and future).
Even if Atlus is never as well known or mainstream.
I ordered a vita the week that vita got ps plus. I looked through my download list and discovered I have a backlog of 56 games ready to play on my Vita (since I had ps plus for 2 years--collecting ps1, ps mini, etc games). So on day one of owning my vita, i had 56 games, and there was a sale on psn that same week for Valkyria Chronicles and Disgaea 1 for psp. Add to that my purchase of Persona 4 Golden and now my PS3 is barely ever turned on. I actually enjoy my Vita even more than my ps3 rig...
Put it next to E.T. for symbolism.
Why? They should just stream via cloud for current mobile phones. The mobile market is very crowded and it's a huge risk to introduce a new portable while juggling a new console.
Asuming this is true.
And that's exactly the purpose it served when the developers chose to give it away on ps plus. See, everyone wins!
Sell your 360. Why waste money on xbox live fees. Never me, good sir.
I'm sick of "kingofwiiu". Dude needs to get a life instead of all this trolling. Let's down vote him.
Halo 2? Nope. Just more of the same.
Dude the difference between persona 2 and 3 is mind boggling. P3 is wjat really put persona on the map.
Yeah but we'll never truly know if it's true until officially announced.
I could care less about graphics...WHAT exactly do Microsoft and Sony intend to bring to gaming, in a way that enhances the way we play games? The ps1/saturn brought 3d gameplay, ps2 was more of the same but gave us larger 3d games (like GTA); ps3/360 gave us online gaming (on consoles); ps move/ wii/ kinect gave us motion controls.
What will ps4 and 720 do? I want new ways to play my games. Like headtracking for FPS games; maybe create some MMO's for consoles; etc.
I just started getting back into JRPG's. I love Persona 3 and 4, but is Xenoblade up there with those games? Or is it more of the same old tired classic style gameplay?
I LOVE a great story, and wish to have both that and great gameplay in a game. But if I had to choose only one, I would rather have great gameplay. A game is meant to be played, not just viewed in idleness. If i'm not gonna enjoy playing it, I may as well just watch a movie (if it's just for the story).
But either way, I wish for both in a game.
