Getting it used only so I can screw over Bethesda (as publisher not developer). Bethesda wont get a dime off of me, but hopefully the developer isnt as incompetant. If its solid, mayne they should habe these guys programming the next Elder Scroll, instead of the crappy team that previously does it.

Anyone who's owned Persona 4 would say it should be #1. Giving it to FF again is an easy cop out. Persona is considered by many to be the greatest. If only more people had played it.

Lol I doubt it. They're either gonna flip it for more money incase it sells out (which I doubt will happen, unless Nintendo makes a small batch), or the just wanna collect it. I'm sure that with those weak launch titles, the Xbox and PS3 won't be collecting any dust lol.
Trust me, the only way it will sell out this early is if they only release a few of them. The Wii U hasn't even been marketed to the comercial/casual masses yet (the overwhelming majority that bought the 1st Wii), and frankly, I don't see what Nintendo's angle will be to entice them seeing as their focus on the Wii-mote and the Scale are drastically reduced to emphasis a touch screen that casuals probably wont think is all that special (they already have their lame touch screen ph...

@ Darth: but 3rd party's will need to make patches/DLC. No 3rd party support = no point in buying before a major price drop (especially if all there will be is 1st party games and 3rd party shovelware that was never meant to get patches/dlc anyway due to a lack of support)

Hell no. We had to wait 4 whole years (possibly 5-6 years if it comes in 2013-2014) just for a new MGS--I sure as hell aint gonna wait for a mere remake. Let him finish the series first (or at least get Big Boss's storyline out of the way), THEN make remakes of older stuff.
3-4 year wait for a remake is brutal. UNLESS, he gives the job to some other developer within Konami to do (like when Silicon knights did the MGS 1 remake on gamecube). This way Kojima can focus on MGS...
