im in the beta, played about 30 minutes, every race I have participated in and drove to, its always been night. I doubt it will be like that in the final version though, hopefully some dynamic weather with day/night transition.
All cutscenes are real cutscenes with actual people, so its like a movie.
the streets are really really....REALLY empty, no pedestrians, and you see the odd car here and there.
yup, in the beta your PSN ID is constantly moving around the screen, so people cant post gameplay online.
A $150/£130 XBOX controller is the best controller ever....and it still takes AA batteries, seriously?, are you kidding me!
I don't like the black box that pop ups on the corner of the screen while gaming, but the main menu UI looks really nice and much better.

Sony need to make PS Now a 1 off subscription to even match what XBOX has just done. that $300million Sony spent on buying Gakai seems like money down the drain now.
if XBOX could make backward compatibility then Sony could aswell, but they chose to go another route.
I really don't think the game was in development for 8 years. Sure it was first shown 8 years ago but doesn't mean that its been in development since then.
Things could have went off track between the devs and the game could have sat on a shelf for a year.

Most people are just letting out their fustration on what a huge experience Battlefront could have been if they wouldn't have taken took out so many things or not implemented certain things which could have enriched the experience, and people are venting their anger and why they would choose to do that.

On advertisements at football games on the screen, it said FIFA 15 - XBOX ONE

My view on the closed beta.
Came to say pretty much the same thing, The Crew does not look like anything special, graphically it sometimes looks last gen, but then again this is only a closed beta, during the cutscenes the game looks good, but gameplay graphics eh could mistake for a last gen game, I think what makes it a current gen game is the scope of the map, which is pretty damn huge.
But even putting the graphics aside, I find the game boring, i watched...

But atleast I get to benefit from all the PS+ offerings for PS3.
if the game is good it will sell, sure it had hiccups at the beginning but look at Battlefield 4, it was a mess when it released but it sold well because under all the problems, it was actually a good game.
