Funny that they say they have suspended marketing when just last night on Comedy C I saw an advertisement every commercial for the game. The only way EA can save themselves now is add offline mode, or compensate consumers after they address the online issues.

Of course an indie dev would like to see that, but the game isn't even on the WiiU/3DS. And they certainly haven't done anything for Nintendo to deserve it. If any character did it would be Travis from No More Heroes, in which SUDA expressed he would love to see him on a smash title. It's a shame he won't, even after having the game be exclusive to the console for some time until Konami ported it to the ps360.
The only thing I would care about them borrowing from OoT (3DS version at least) is the item management, and map function of the bottom screen. Otherwise I would rather see a completely new title, that shares some similarities from past entries.
It's good that this title is selling well, seeing as they have put a good effort on making something good. What I'm afraid of, as with any large publisher is the game being rehashed year after year. It would not surprise me to see a half hearted "sequel" come out early next year.

This is certainly something that should be added. Playing with some friends against bots is great practice, when typically human players will try and abuse any unfairness possible. Though this does mean developers will actually have to put in some sort of effort to make AI more intelligent than a brain dead toaster that alerts when you enter it's bubble of detection.

We will still be seeing new PS3 games come out for another year or two. The problem being that the PS4 isn't backwards compatible, meaning said purchases almost won't matter if you have to turn around and buy a "stream" copy from Gakai. I still wonder if Ground Zeros, Versus XIII, or Last Guardian will be on the PS3 or not.
Keep in mind Santista that 8GB does not guarantee that the games will utilize all of it. A large amount of it will go to running the OS and social features, probably leaving a little room for future upgrades (The PS3 failed to foresee the importance of cross game chat, and had no left over RAM for future improvements).
