Wasn't there a storyline in the comics where they sectioned off part of Gotham to house the prisoners of Arkham? I'm guessing this is the case because the Asylum was (spoilers) destroyed in the first game.
I believe for the first one they had a higher turn out on the 360. He said the next one might be on the PS3 though.
I grew up inverted but I have no idea where I picked it up. I'd go back in a time machine just to find out.

What I thought was ironic was the reason why he said it was the best. It was the lack of a specific thing in this game that made it the best.
