Yes but potentially, the game owner could just leave their PS4 on if they were out and leave a friend play it all day, which isn't really great for the industry as previously mentioned. I totally understand the 60 minute cap.
If you are playing with a friend for more than an hour, just pause/save and start another session, simples.

I admit, I'm proper butt hurt over this. So the people who loved the first game won't be able to continue the saga unless they buy an Xbox. This decision has made me less likely to ever buy an Xbox in the future, just out of principle.
If it was a new IP, then I suppose it's fair game, but to deny previously paying customers the chance to continue the story is BS
People saying whether or not they are going to get it, are they all forgetting that you get to try a chunk of it with ps plus?

Doesn't make any sense that they even considered not giving it a western release. It was one of the reasons for many that the PS4 was so appealing at the reveal
