Rubin was a fun actor with a bad ass kids show that went beyond the typical crap that was on TV when I was a kid. I feel sorry for the guy...

I don't necessarily disagree with your points. From a right / wrong perspective you are 100% correct. Here is my issue: If Ubisoft (for instance) never sent EGM a game to review that would be one thing. But if a publisher pulls a regular editorial source from their 'white list' based on past reviews don't you find that bothersome?
