He makes a few good points, but holy moley, you'd think the author of the article would proofread for grammar errors before posting it for others to read.

>:O!!!!!
This isn't want I wanted.
As long as DLC isn't console exclusive and expands the original game with a sizeable amount of gameplay, I don't see the issue with having it.
Unfortunately, it seems like DLC has become synonymous with an incomplete game.
I'd say both online communities are equally retarded. Normal people + anonymity always breeds an annoying experience.
360's hardware is fudged, so it loses major points for that. The design needs a complete overhaul at this point, unless it's been corrected in the Jasper models.
Communication however, I'd give to the 360 because of the fact that a large portion of 360 owners have a headset.
Other than that, it's just a bunch of decent multiplatform gam...
10/10.
I raged.
There are psx emulators available for linux, but the ones I know of work only on an i386 based PC(PS3 uses powerpc).
If I do find a solution, I'll post here. :)
Also,
http://blogs.ydl.net/billb/...
for a few emulators/utilities billb has built into RPMs.
The hud is looking really crowded; it even covers his face at one point.
Sorry.
You'll need the 10GB alloted as your boot partition to YDL.
The external drive will only help with storing files while within linux.
...
But on a positive note. Trim 10 gigs off your HDD and you'll have the opportunity to play with loads of emulators and linux games in full-screen. :)
edit: backup your game saves to a USB drive before you format, though.
I'm a bit surprised that there isn't a larger number of...
Unfortunately, the PS3 only gives you the options of alloting 10GB to either the Game OS or YDL/Any other linux distro.
You'd be better off using an external hard drive formatted as FAT32 to share files between both operating systems.
As long as your PS3 is connected to the internet, either method works.
Awesome news.
Looks like I'll finally be getting some use out of YDL now. :D
Paintball?
YES!
Contra-style gameplay confirmed.

Definately.
I'll be shocking helpless civilians in epic villain fashion on day 1. Emphasis on giving players a choice definitely helps separate it from other games with super heroes.
Judging from the screenshots, it has just enough color and looks pretty detailed as well.
Sure, he can say whatever he wants, provided it follows the guidelines.
Jumping into a topic solely for the purpose of throwing jabs at Microsoft, in an article with no mention of Microsoft is hardly "friendly and civilized".
Although, I may have approached it with a bit too much zeal.
Sorry about that. ;)
I lol'd because I don't own a 360.
But really, I'm just tired of people dragging in console wars to articles that have absolutely nothing to do with consoles.
"One 360, MS fixed the two Rrod's for free."
Jesus christ, I would hope so. It's only a well-known and widespread problem. It's not like they're doing you a favor.
"Tell the retard to stop moving his console when there's a disk in it. Problem sovled."
Because console owners regularly throw around their xbox while playing madden. I mean, It couldn't -possibly- be an error in design. Oh wait.
-This- jerkoff not realizin...
The article is about a zoetrope and you mention the xbox.
*facepalm*
Anyway, it's nice to see some record smashing in technology.
Maybe I should pick up a Bravia for that silky smooth motionflow thingamabobber.
Oh god, yes.
I <3 Namco museum.
Tekken and Soul Calibur are good additions, too.
The article didn't even mention xbox live.
Just that irrelevant picture Arika decided to put up there.
This is the same author that wrote
"Killzone 2's Good Looks Wooing Too Many"
I guess he got sucked into the hype after all, and it delivered. ;)
