I really have to wonder where the hell all their cost is even coming from if they're already selling under cost considering its really not that advanced of a machine. I thought for sure they we're selling it well above cost like they usually do and could easily afford to drop it.
The question shouldn't be if it makes games better, the question should be is it worth it? Is it worth making games always-online to take advantage of? Cause yes, thats exactly what cloud gaming means, a caveat people seem to largely be ignoring. Not 24 hour check in. Always-on. My opinion? Not worth it. I'd rather have local gaming that looks great then streamed gaming that looks slightly better.

Yeah, thats the biggie for me, was never drm, its the $100 mandatory spycam. If they got rid of that and were able to shave off the price in the process, I'd get an X180 later down the line, after a ps4 still though. But Idc how cheap it gets as long as kinect is mandatory I won't buy it. And the truth is they won't make Kinect optional, that would be like if bluray had been optional on ps3, its just not gonna happen, and thus I will never get an x1...

Its neither. All this shit article does is make the assumption that because ESO is not included in the preliminary list of f2p ps4 games, that it must not be one. But ESO's model has not been announced yet and its not a launch title, so that assumption is asinine.

I'll buy this when its $200 or less. Maybe. Its basically just for nintendo's first party games and nothing more, not even multimedia, so its just not worth more then that to me. Even that is being generous if you ask me. There's no way the technology in this thing is that expensive.

X1 is back in the top spot (after ps4 held it for a few days) cause its still taking launch orders. PS4 sold out of launch orders and is already into its second+ wave orders which have already overtaken the launch batch. Both in the second and third spots now, combined they add up to more then x1. And don't be surprised if in a couple more days the second+ batch of PS4's take the top spot back.

Yeah, Microsoft are being tricky little bastards trying to promote an illusion that its exclusive. They will continue to do that through the rest of the show for more games. Unless they explicitly say an individual title is exclusive, it isn't. Phantom Pain will be on PS4.

I love Halo, Gears, and I loved Conker, I'm sure there will be other games I'd enjoy, but I'm not willing to use an X1 to play them. Its over.
