but that's will happen, the PS3 outsold the 360 at a ratio of 2 million per year for the last four years
the next gen should arrive around 2015/2016, if she averages continue then the PS3 should be ahead for around 8 million by the time the next gen arrivs

360 total worldwide sales 50.7 million, average 10.1 million per year
PS3 total worldwide sales 47.9 million, average 12 million per year
and considering all the upcoming PS3 exclusives the averages can only tip in favor of the PS3, so for early 2012 PS3 will be ahead
and BTW, max payne 3 is not a PS3 exclusive

there's probably Kinect games with adult themes as blood and guns and violence but what makes a game core or casual is how it plays, not how it looks superficially

on 2007 the 360 had better line up but that was back when they were trying to still PS2's audience with core games, unlike now that they're trying to still Wii' audience with casual shovelware like the michael phelps swimming
in 2006 PS3 was on the market for a month a half so it doesn't count
if the averages remain constant, and there's no reason to think that they won't, PS3 should overtake the 360 by early 2012
and by 2015-2016 (which is when the next gen is expected) PS3 will be ahead by 8 million or so
and thus leaving the 360 dead last this gen even with a year head start

in any case if the math-deprived 360 fanboys still can't understand this, it doesn't matter because by the end of 2011 sales will be equal and from there on, the PS3 will just keep streching the distance, and that's long before next gen arrives
good, let's hope MS starts selling home decoration and stuff like that so they game console can be developed by people who know what they're doing and are not only about copying other to make profit and then dump the previous users
it's funny how they think that Bulletstorm is so original when all its mechanics were implemented by the Bloodrayne games years ago
