i can bet you there will be traditional controls on xbox and ps3 next gen and the gen after that.
That means a d-pad , buttons, 2 anolag sticks.
the wii also has the least industry support and sales are falling quickly while xbox and ps3 are up on past years. not ready to throw in the towel yet on traditional controllers.
I think next gen will come with move 2 and Dual shock 4 in every box
its simple and easy.. FPS sell in U.S.A. NOT in the rest of the world... so titles like FF13, DMC4, Street fighter, tekken etc (hint japanese games) KILL 360 numbers ... titles like COD and all FPS sell good in USA so they will kill PS3 numbers.... its simple really.
Bigger question is why do Ps3 titles sell close or sometimes BEAT 360 sells is 360 has more units sold? Thats the bigger question. More hardware means more software but not in PS3 and 360s case

Its true.... capcom MADE fighting games main stream and did it AGAIN in 2009. MK is and always will be a B-class fighting series comparing it to capcom games. Have you even played MK9? it took everything SF has and then some. From supers to EX moves.
Even Ed boon constantly states most of his ideas were from street fighter. I am going to get MK9 i played the demo its fun but its NOT a capcom fighting game.

Well it did sell a lot but im sure FF7 sold the most.
Other then that i agree completely with you. the game sold amazingly well and the score of 85 means its a great (not good, but great) title. The engine is there the need to finish the story is there and hopefully they can release it soon. Expect another 3-4 million sold and that is great sales.
Thats why they are making it.
@ above FF7 sold about 10-11 million. last i heard ff13 sold...

i do not think its nitpicking i think its a feature that M$ has in spades and sony trails behind on. Im sorry but its true. M$ biggest games has a feature for every body not just the gamer who goes online.
Like i said ima huge sony fanboy but come on if not having features is fine for you then why did they add it in Killzone 3? resistance 3? etc... thats cause people want it and M$ doesnt wait to the next game to give it. I own and beat all these games i only really by game...
there wont even be 30 games that launch for the 3DS this year (give or take) that number is pretty good.
No co op split screen and no muti-player split screen. Plus both of these should be able to go online split-scree to play with other people.
3 big flaws right there. Look at my history ima huge sony fanboy but 360 games like halo and gears have all if not most of these features... Sony needs to add these for each of thier games from now on.

Those arent really "the bad" about the game he just wrote stuff HE didn't like. X-factor and the new controls are good but does not in no way make the game bad. In fact it makes it better because now if your losing you have a fighting chance. Which means you have to be really nice to over come some stuff. "skill" is all you need to enjoy every fighting game and this is not different
