i highly doubt sony would take ANY action on the people who visited his site. i assume the reason the want the ip's is just to see how many people actually visited his site.
I believe nintendo put the warning just to be safe. they don't want to be responsible if something happens to a kid.

Ive had absolutely no problems with the 3DS. None at all. It is the exact console i expected and i got exactly what i wanted out of it. Can't wait for all the great games to come out later this year.

So that little "M" rating outside the box is just for show? This is exactly why some people are trying to stop M rated games from being sold to children. They are obviously marketing towards them.

um Jio is right. They ended the DS great but the time of it is over. Nintendo is focusing on the 3DS now.
if we can get last story and xenoblade that will be amazing.

absolutely none of those are remakes.
The last story is also a new IP.
The 3DS is about as powerful as the wii so you got your wish.
