I really hope these specs arent true, and MS does find a way to bump up to GDDR5 modules, and drop the silly move engines. From the looks of it Sony won't have any competition next gen power wise until PCs surpass it in a few years.
I loved Kings Field 1 and 2, made the Ps1 for me.

You are correct, beta testing only goes so far, when its released to the masses there is no telling what bugs will surface.
My Samsung Galaxy 3 isn't strictly about making phone calls. And from what I saw, the Ps4 isn't strictly about games either. So a dev who made an ok indy game opens his mouth and out comes something negative about MS and the Xbox and of course most of the N4G community laps it up and regurgitates it.

A lot of folks may disagree, but I think Dark Sector was pretty good and I rather enjoyed it. I would buy DS2.
I am making through the game just fine without the microtransactions, why is everyone bitching about something you don't have to buy? Hey, lets all go to a movie theater and complain that they sell popcorn. You don't HAVE to buy them if you do not want them. Suddenly everyone becomes an occupy activist at the slightest thing anymore.
Well, when you add together the YLOD and the br drives dying(like the one in my slim) it was a pretty big problem. I personally know 3 people who had the br drive die.
When it makes sense financially for each respective company, and when there is the potential for a noticeable technological leap.
