No, but a multiplatform, multiplayer game will. If I had to choose between getting COD:MW2 for my 360 or my PS3, I'll get it for my 360. Why? Better online support and more of my friends have a 360. It's all about the multiplayer baby.
Im officialy amped! It sounds like it's shaping up to be a good year for FIFA.
How was Prototype a flop? It scored extremely well with critics.
As far as sales numbers go, didnt inFamous only sell like 104,000 copies? I can almost guarantee Prototype will sell more. I enjoyed inFamous a lot more than Prototype, but I guarantee it wont sell as well.
Well, again it's their opinion. It is a good game, I'll give you that.
But not everyone has to kiss Sony's ass like PS Lifestyle.
wow
I thought this game was good, not perfect 10 or 9.5 good, but a solid 8.5 good. While I do respect Desructoid as a legit journalism site, for mostly satirical articles, I do believe they scored this a bit low. Every good gaming outlet ruffles some feathers sometimes. It's the nature of the business.
And before you even say it, I highly doubt they're Xbox fanboys.
This "forum post" is bogus. Here is the proof:

It was a retail copy of both that was compared. This forum post is bogus, its just a desperate attempt to conceal the truth. Not that I care or anything, but its true.

You're an idiot dude. Turn 10 didnt bribe anyone. It was just blown out of proportion by PSFanboyLifestyleblog so fanboys like you had some falso ammo to use.
@megaglitcher
Yeah dude, you're absolutely right. Some of these idiots don't know how to average scores. They just look at the initial score and shoot their mouths off.
This game is great, it got a bad score from 2 uncredited foreign blog sites. Otherwise, this game has been scoring pretty damn good. And it should, because it is a super fun game.
To all the graphics whores out there, try something new for a change. Try playing the game instead of lookin...
Now this article makes sense. It's basically saying that PSLifestyle is a bunch of overblown little girls.
It's not a bribe. It's an incentive. The people on the Forza forum would vote for the game anyway. Did anyone actually read this article?
How is an in game car a bribe? Especially since its on THE FORZA FORUMS. Anybody there would vote for Forza regardless. It's like when websites or podcasts ask their members to cast their votes for them in website awards or podcast awards. All they're doing is throwing in an incentive to vote. It's marketing. It's to get people who would normally not know about the poll to vote.
Relax, this "blog" is blown way out of proportion.
The game is good. I'd say it's worth a play. It takes a little bit of getting used to the controls, but once you get the hang of them, it's a lot of fun. Of course the graphics aren't that good, there is a LOT of things going on at once and the framerate never drops.
I'd have to say that I like Prototype just as much as I liked inFamous. Both are good games. In a summer that doesn't offer much, I'd say play them both.
You're a f*cking idiot dude.
And secondly, there's nothing fake about that video. The writer of this so called article is blind and needs hits on his sh*tty website. Everything Claire does corresponds perfectly.
Uhhh, I just watched that closely and there was nothing fake in the water scene. Everything was exactly replicated, maybe a millisecond of lag but thats about it. This video is legit. Spong is a fake website in need of hits.
Hmmmm. All these Metal Gear articles are making my head spin, lol.
Ok, I will say first off that I own both a 360 and a PS3. And I will admittedly say that I spend more time on my 360. But, I will have to say that Sony is on a roll right now with games. I find myself playing my PS3 more and more lately. inFAMOUS is keeping me busy right now, and Killzone before that. I really hope Microsoft has some damn good news at E3, because I do love gaming as a whole, and would really like to see some sweet 1st party exclusives.
That's like me saying that your opinion doesn't matter because you aren't a recognized gaming journalist that has been writing video game reviews for 20 years.
Metacritic will not weigh this review as much as it will weigh IGN's, 1up's, or Gamespot's. Metacritic is a perfectly fine site to gather reviews. Just because you disagree with their opinion, doesn't make their review any less unjustified.
Do you guys not get the concept that some sites are weighed heavier on Metacritic than others? If some random gaming blog gives it a 100, and say Gamestop gives it a 70, it will weigh Gamestop's score heavier because it is a more reputable site. If you look on the "How We Rate Stuff" page, you will find this:
This overall score, or METASCORE, is a weighted average of the individual critic scores. Why a weighted average? When selecting our source publications, we noticed...
There's no way that VGChartz has Prototypes numbers already. Its been out for a week. You might as well give me a Wiki page, its just as credible as that crap.
