the negative publicity will certainly make some consumers think twice before the purchase and hd dvd player. It seems that Blu-Ray will continue to dominate in software sales going into 2008.

it seems that hd dvd is desperate!
We're gonna see sales for the PS3 rise exponentially this November and December! with games like RaC:ToD (this month), Haze, UT3, Uncharted, and a ton of multi-plat games, people will be flocking to the stores to purchase a PS3. I already know 2 people that r getting a PS3 in November.
This just says what we PS3 loyalists have been saying for a LONG, LONG time. PS3 will own in 2008, just wait and see.

OK, so it may not be the best game of 07, BUT this game is FAR from boring. even game reviewers agree that this is an outstanding title for the PS3 and that it deserves recognition. The last demo was fun, and I'm glad we'er getting another one. This might decide if I buy it or not. I was was already considering renting it.

made a bad decision to go hdvd exclusive. They shoul have went Blu-ray exclusive.
Amazing physics, Awesome special effects (i.e. the lightning), Incredible Immersive environments, and Outstanding Revolutionary gameplay (i.e. destructible environments and allies able to pick up wounded comrades in the heat of battle). AAA game no doubt.
The fact that Sony, Capcom, and G4 have stated that they have knowledge of something so HUGE, and that 2/3 of them have mentioned that it pertains to PS3, I believe that they might all have the same announcement. Something that could change the tide of battle, so to speak, in Sony's favor.
