I don't understand why you wouldn't include the 800 standard cars. It has already been stated that the standard cars are just upscaled versions of the GT4 cars. Most of the work was already done for them and I don't think it would have increased the amount of premium cars from 200.
Also, there is a possibility that as they do the standard to premium update of cars they can release them online for free or in large for pay packs.

This game is going to be for kinetic for the xBox 360. If you look at the graphic after the demo at the MS press conference today I believe it is the top left game as you are looking at it.
Let me start by saying that I love, use, and own 2 PS3's...I have a launch 60 and the MGS4 40GB. Let me also say that I have not upgraded at this point and time because I use the OtherOS feature. But I will be forced to upgrade both of these in the near future as Red Dead and obviously future games will force me too. And using 1 as a pure Linux box and 1 as a PS3 is out of the question.

That is the most ridiculous thing that I have ever heard. They absolutely can ship to every retailer all the copies that they need. They do it all the time. In fact if you go hang out at a local gamestop/EB you will see almost like clockwork all the new releases get there on Weds.
The game has been gold for nearly 3 weeks now, I can almost guarantee that there are enough copies out there to go live this week.
Are you serious...who cares about the families of dead soldiers...I can tell you right now living soldiers. While I disagree with the decision to not sell the game on military bases, I understand it. I understand what she is going through, and I understand the controversy.
In the end though, really this isn't a big deal, it's not like the game is banned, it just won't be sold. As someone who isn't in the military what do you care what AAFES does.
