10 years? for modding his own items that he paid for with his own money. and ppl thing usa is a great place to live. the justice system is all fxcked. for example- i know a guy who got 4 years in prison for vehicular homicide, while he was drunk. he only got 4 yrs. So the moral today kids is- drink an drive an kill and u get 4yrs. Mod a game system YOU PAID for and u get 10yrs.
