I would give it a 7.5 so far. The MP is really the only thing I care about in FPS games. Sadly the MP is garbage in this game so its just a rental for me so far.
Eh...nope. Its okay. Honestly not that impressed with the visuals. The 3D effects are pretty lame too.
Anybody else playing this in 3D like I am? The effects are kind of making my eyes act weird. KZ3 never did this to me. Weird.
Well I'm playing it right now. Defiantly not better then KZ3 in terms of graphics. Pretty good game though. The PC version is obviously better but I'm just comparing the 360/PS3 versions. Anybody else playing this in 3D like I am? These effects are kind of acting strange with my eyes. KZ3 never did.
Until I get it into my hands tomorrow then I will know for sure.
Not sure how this game is so popular. Its pretty mediocre. The SP campaign is awfully short. You could easily beat it in 3 hours.
Who bought this game? Honestly the campaign will last you 3-4 hours. The MP is okay. Just rent it.
@ mightyboot. You just have to have good eyes and try to look for the flash of red over their names. Not too hard.
How many Crysis 2 articles do we need?
Uncharted 1 to Uncharted 2 was like night and day. You really should remove Uncharted from that list.
Why even bother comparing this game? It was pretty ugly to look at no matter what you played it on.
I used a mic on occasion. Regardless, communicating with teams generally doesn't do diddley shit. I do have team strategies when I'm playing with my friends. But thats because I know they will listen and are actually nice to talk to. Either way I gave up on Confrontation. Mostly due to the bugs and lag that lasted for nearly a full year before getting fixed. It could of been a great game if it didn't come out in beta stage apon its release.
If its true that it hurts your eyes when you play it. I wont be using one. I don't want to have eye problems.
As long as the SP is good then thats all I need to know. I'm just going to rent this for a day or two and blow through it. The MP probably wont interest me at all. I already have way too much on my plate in terms of MP games. KZ3,BBC2,Medal of Honor,Socom 4 beta, etc. I'm good on the FPS shooters.
It was okay. It still was really tedious. Having to go get malaria medicine, the random barricaded check points, the really awful boring driving, so many things went wrong with this game. The story was pretty average as well.
As long as this game has a better community then Confrontation. Then I'm sold. When I mean better community I mean the players. They always kicked me out for no reason during a ranked game even though I owned 90% of the time. Faggots.
Far Cry 2 was the only game that literally put me to sleep. I remember I had to assassinate some police chief or something. I was driving and nearly half way to the marker on the map were the target was at. Then I started to yawn a tad, then my eyes started to get that heavy tired feel to them. Then I was out. I woke up maybe 20 minutes later and realized that this game was a snooze fest....literally. I couldn't believe how boring it was. The trailers they showed before the game came out ...
Nintendo needs a new console pretty badly. Also they need to revamp their online portion of things. Its really bad. The friend codes, the crappy online games. Its time to get on the ball with it. No friend codes next time Nintendo.
No, I didn't have any errors of any sort. No lag either. Most people who had errors probably just had crappy routers. I bought a Linksys E3000 wireless N router last summer. Its god like for basically everything. I used to have errors occasionally for games like BBC2. It would randomly kick me out for no reason. After I got that router no problems of any kind. I think the only problem I had with KZ3 was occasionally some bad spawns. Generally when the game first starts. It would randomly ...
The question is does the glassless tvs produce the same 3D effect? Or is it like the 3DS thats not even really 3D.
