I thought the SP was actually pretty decent. The MP is pretty solid as well. It would be my goto FPS if it wasn't for BF4. I still fire it up every now and then to play a few rounds of WZ.
LOL, Hardline is trash. I've been playing since Battlefield Modern Combat..BTW.

I'm over half through Alien Isolation and the game is simply amazing! While not perfect it's the best game I've played so far on the PS4.
Bought SOM at the same time and Alien is the much better game. SOM is a good title though.
It was good but I enjoy BF 3/BF 4 much better than Bc 2.
Anyway....can't wait until GG puts out the clan system.
It's a shame this game has a lower player count because it's a really good game!

While I enjoyed Dark Souls it didn't have that magic that Demon's Souls had for me.
I get bored of games and it generally takes a "special" game for me to actually stick with it. I had played 1100 hours of Killzone 2 and was on the hunt for a game to kindle a new gaming addiction for me and thankfully Demon's Souls was there to pick up the slack. The combat, world level, difficulty, non-hand holding, and online component was so unique at the time. ...
Yet another sporadic review. I can see reviewers mixed on the single player. But I think these guys play a couple of matches of the multiplayer and then base their entire review on it. He says the MP has been stripped down but it really hasn't.
Custom ranked Warzones, all the weapons unlocked, no aim assist, free DLC, very well balanced classes, mix matched class abilities, more Warzone objectives, mobile spawning ect..ect.

I did play it and yeah not a big fan of SP gameplay to be honest but the multiplayer is where I put in 99.9% of my time and it's fantastic.
To each his own. How much of the multiplayer did you actually play might I ask?
Anyway, I've never been a HALO fan and it personally doesn't even come close to the gameplay of Killzone 2 or even KZSF IMO. "Halo Killer" I believe was brought up during the Killzone 1 days, how long ago was that? I can't believe people still bring that up. Killzone will always be niche shooter.

I think the only mode that makes the game feel somewhat empty is conquest.
That's why I play rush, tdm, obliteration, over conquest.
With all due respect to the author of the article but none of this is new info..just saying.
I personally thought Killzone 3 was a huge downgrade compared to Kz 2..IMO.
BC 2 was very good but I think BF 3 blows it out of the water in every way possible, IMO.
I liked Journey but didn't love it. It's no way a game of the generation.
For me personally games like the The Last Of Us, Killzone 2, and Demon's Souls..those were my GOTG

Well kz 2 was skill based. Who says you need a crap ton of load outs and weapons for a game to be relevant?
Killzone 2 had a great tactical feel and the clan feature was second to none when the game is busy.
Anyway COD sucks and is made for skill less children to play.
