Great developers push bounderis(ND,Polyphony,Isomnia c,SCE Studios). Lazy developers don't feel the need to move beyond their comfort zone(Valve). Over confident developers talk smack to make themselves look superior(Turn10).& Money hungry companies likes to polish the same turd year after year(M$).
