Already sounds like every sports team owner.
"Hey, I already have shit tons of cash, but give me more to build a stadium, so I don't have to spend my money."
I had thing thing pre-ordered at GS in what felt like an eternity ago. :)
I read lots of stuff about serious glitches of flying horses and cars. Did you have that issue?
To be terribly honest, I'm not crazy about any FPS on the Wii anymore. Just seems to be gimmick-y.
It really is a fun game. Enjoyed the crap out of the time I spent on it.
I agree, going on the Christmas list.
Enslaved was crap. Im sorry, I know I hold an unpopular opinion, but it wasn't very good. It played like a bad scroller and linear version of Assassins Creed.
The only failure it had, was the UMD movies. Screw paying $40 for a movie on a little screen.
Admittedly, I hated the Retro Lancer. Really though, I just enjoy chainsawing a Grub.
Sam is way better than Ayna. Way better. The whole game I felt like Ayna was the stereotypical damsel in distress.
Im not sure the PSP was ever deemed a failure, it was just always 2nd fiddle to Nintendo handhelds (until Nintendo shit out the 3DS). It had a lot of amazing games for those who didn't want to play Mario games.
Problem is, adding more stuff to it raises the price, and deters more people from buying it. They need to make actual good games for it, and then we can talk fancy controls.
Yeah, saw that afterwards. Silly me. #Durrrr....
I don't understand why this couldn't be just a regular controller game. It would've been sweet!
See: linked article.
Apple already tried the console and failed miserably.
iD was the king back in the day. Curious to see a comeback.
Um... I thought Call of Duty was about a video game series, not some concert. Kanye, and now DKM? Next you will tell me Lady Gaga will be donning a Fidel Castro mask doing a concert during the MW3 stuff.
I'd say what the hell, but it is Bobby Kotick, and sadly, it's going to do insanely well.
Eh, still not enough there for me to come back. Virtual console would be the only thing. Besides, Nintendo has all but given up on the Wii.
I'm glad someone has a fresh view on this, that isn't basically drooling and already calling it the GOTY ... WITHOUT EVEN CONSIDERING ANYTHING ELSE SLOTTED TO COME OUT THIS YEAR!
Good on you, sir!
I think you're reading into the troll thing a little too much there. Not every game optimizes as 6 - 8 feet. Some require 8 - 10 feet to really work. When you figure in the size of a couch and what not, 15 ft isn't out of the question.
Now, had it said 50 feet, then yeah, we'd be troll hunting.
Also, most apartments aren't set up for optimal Kinect conditions. Believe me, I tried it back in my old apartment.
The biggest problem with the PC gaming market is the constant need to upgrade. With a console, there is no costly upgrades needing to take place every 6 months because your machine can't handle the newest games. If it wasn't for Steam, I doubt a lot of people would even bother with PCs anymore, save your WoWs and StarCrafts.
Still, I too am sick of console fanboys. :)
