Here we go again with PS3 fans in denial. This only means one thing and one thing only, the PS3 and their blu-ray ain't doing so hot. Yes I get the fact that they sold out. I think it had to do with more of the BR than anything else. I think they realize that it was worthless for gaming and now movies because no one is buying them. I my self wanted a PS3 but this just shows me that things are going down hill.
I don't see the difference between DOA and this. They pretty much look the same. But good for sony I guess.

I don't see where it says that it beat out halo 2. It just says that it is the most played 360 live game but it does not show official #'s or games played versus Halo 2.

Mostly, then Blu Ray, then games. They really are only trying to force feed us a New Format which will not go well with most of the the PS2 owners. Like the posts before me said, you pretty much need a high def tv for this PS3 and not many people can afford that. I'm pretty sure that a good percentage of ps2 owners still play in STD 25 inch TV sets. And that is not cool. Not only do you have to buy an expensive console but to get the most out of it you need to purchase a HDTV to make it worth...
I don't remember Cod 2 for the 360 having this much trouble, besided cutting down on players on MP, and that was ported from PC. So If there is any fanboy in denial here, its pretty much you Shadow gamer.

This totally sucks for sony, less than one game per console is going to break them. They are planning on making money on games and pheripherals, but if Japan is not buying them, what is it going to say about the American and European buyers. OUCH.
