@4.2 Granted there is also the demographic that gets the machine because they feel they can get a hardcore experience or a PC experience but some of that group would or will buy the 360 or PS3. My point is that this new non-hardcore group is being attracted to buying a console that normally wouldn't buy so Nintendo is just broadening the market. Again i guess it would be..
While nintendo has had a great push with the Wii i don't think the Wii is going to be able to sustain the momentum unless some AAA titles from 3rd party developers start getting made. Also I don't think the reason Nintendo is doing so well is because of the Wii, the DS is selling like hotcakes in Japan and it probably the major reason that Nintendo has had such a push.
Yup it's real, just a little bit of Nintendo giving back to the community back in the day.
The weird thing is i think i've seen a video kind of like this before back in the day, it wasn't sex ed. but it was some other PSA type thing. I think it was about smoking or something.

Some good points, I'm really wondering why there isn't clan support. While i'm not a big fan of clans it would be nice to have a secondary friends list for certain games which i'm sure is what this will boil down to.
They may of not considered us since they may just view us like digg and digg gaming isn't on there so perhaps thats why.

Also i think there are a lot of people that don't care about HD gaming or that don't care about hardcore gaming and are just getting the Wii to having some kind of gaming console but without having the feeling that theres so much machine there that it's being wasted. With the Wii you know your just getting a fun console that has tons of minigames to play for 10 min. when ya get bored or long epics when ya want that. HD is the future but it's still not any day real soon.
To be honest i bet as soon as they do more research i bet they will classify it as an addiction because gambling can be an addiction so what's stopping video games from being addicting.
The Darkness should be fantastic, to bad it's only SP. I'll probably just end up renting it but oh well it still be great a couple times through i'm sure.
Well it's what they released to compete this gen, most of the capabilities are from last gen though. The only really "next-gen" thing about it is the interface.
I guess it'll be a game time decision, but if she mouths off at me she will get it.
I wonder what the reward is for leaving her alive, because lets be honest here it's a video game and i'm not going for feel sorry for an animation, i'm going going to do what's best for be completely the objective. Maybe i'm just to heartless any more though too.
This is such a mixed bag, while i like homebrew and such i really don't want to start putting up with modders on Halo 3, Forza 2, or a host of other xbox 360 title that have been immune to this form of cheating thus far. Because you know as soon as they figure ways to truly mod the 360 there will be people jumping as high as the sky will let them and getting headshot after headshot in Halo 3 which makes the game horrible for all involved, except for the modder apparently.
If i was going to get a DX10 card i would probably go big or not at all. Buying stuff like this doesn't make sense to me usually because you only get what you pay for so i usually try to pay more and not pay again for a while.
They said it was going to happen last week and now it finally has, way to get back on top Nintendo. Now the trouble is staying there.
Still the phone isn't cheap by any means, but it does offer a lot of functionality. I just don't have a use for all of it's features but if i did i probably wouldn't hesitate to get one because it could probably combine the PDA, Phone, and probably a few other things.
I don't care as long as they are cute i'll watch them play with whatever.
