I just how close DQ sticks to its roots. I'm not much of a fan of DQ like I am FF, but I really like the console experiences of these games.
The problem is that some gamers are so hardcore with their hobby, they want more out of a game than just enjoying it. They start looking too much into numbers and start debating with people who have expressed they did not enjoy the game themselves.
A ten dollar Mario game with depth, no microtransactions, no stamina, with the convenience of mobile, can play a glorified demo to try the game before buying, and people are still complaining. Sounds like casuals that want everything free. Nothing new here; this is the mobile game community.
