This is a business and you are their consumer. The framework of a successful business is designed to make money so that they can continue to pump out great products. That Fortnite tile (liken to the many other reminder promos) can be deleted in seconds. Why so serious?

Realize that if it wasn't for Sony, the og Xbox would have never came about. Sony had to help them get it off the ground from the get go. So of course, Sony will always have exclusives to separate themselves from other console plebs.
This has been an ongoing discussion since the PS2 & Xbox. It's ridiculous to think competition is not important for this industry. Pretty much every time this topic gets brought up, it's an Xboner subconsciously complaining about how MS never has anything exciting to play beyond the infamous three: Forza, Halo, Gears.
Hopefully MS will bring some new ips to the table.

This was a great platformer game. I platinumed it. A clever nod and tribute to the history of the PlayStation brand. It would have been really cool if you could have played some bits of the old school games on the collectables a'la Far Cry arcade... you'll understand if you've played it.
Tell you what, I fired up P5 and wow, what a gem. Different than my usual stock, but I am certainly enjoying myself.

Yes any SSD of substantial size is pricey at the moment. Plugging into the PS5 is a non-issue. You can use any external drive. Plug it into the USB on the backside. It's a high speed USB port (vs the front).
I had an internal one for my Pro and just converted it to an external for my PS5 with an adaptor. My PS5 froze up on me once, but I was going back and forth between the 4 & 5 at the same time. I got an onscreen message about logging into the same accou...
Get an external SSD. Watch Digital Foundry's assessment of PS4 games on the PS5. And I can personally attest to the fact that the boost in performance is real beyond what the Pro provided (but not all games). Pretty wicked!

Yes, PS5 games will only download to the internal drive. You cannot save them to an external. You can however default all PS4 games directly to an external drive so as to not take up the precious minuscule internal SSD... which is ridiculous. I would have gladly paid more from the get-go.
Lol, but welcome anyways. I have had zero issues with mine. Spend some time figuring out the system itself. I think many have yet to really explore the options (based on comments). Operator errors. It works just fine.
An external drive is a must for your PS4 library. Choose the option to do so, and this system will automatically divert PS4 games solely to the external drive.
Not a real issue. I bought the digital version and it was downloading both the PS4 & PS5 versions. That being said, I have an external SSD for my PS4 games. So the download was split in two "directions" respectively. I just deleted the PS4 download that was queued.
