Btw I saw the 3D commercial last night and it was pretty stupid.
But like you I don't know how people just play shooters constantly all year around. I have to switch up genres like every other day so I don't become tired of that genre. For example, I played MLB 10 The Show today and tomorrow I'll be either playing ModNation Racers, Warhawk, Dragon Age Origins or Killzone 2.
Hopefully, we are both wrong and we will be playing it by E3 2011.
Killzone 3 is the only shooter that I'll buy in the next few years

MGS4 is a better game than Dead Space.In fact, I think Resident Evil 5 is a better game than Dead Space, but not by much.
But I am pretty sure a couple of those companies just published, not developed the games they are getting credit for. For example, Konami is getting credit for the Metal Gear Solid series instead of Kojima productions.
My biggest problems were Sheva and that horrible final fight with Wesker.
