When a dev programs exclusively for the PS3, they can off load a lot of the graphics to the Cell and only use the GPU for final polish. That way they can use the faster CPU memory for graphics as well.
In multi-plats they can't do this as the coding would not transfer between platforms very well, plus it would cost way too much to do two completely different sets of coding. So in multi-plats they can only use the PS3's GPU for graphics as that's all the 360 uses. This is why th...

On many occasion I have read that the average age for a PS3 owner is 35, with a good job and married.
So again I ask you, please provide the facts.
How will it sell more? You just said people who played the 1st one will buy it, so the most it should do is sell the same amount.
Poeple who have just brought a PS3 and might get Uncharted 2, won't get it until they have played the 1st one, or they shouldn't if they have any common sense.

Sorry but why do we need BC for PS2 games. I've got a BC 60gig PS3 and have never played PS2 games on it, I have a PS2 for that.
It won't sell more than the first one, but it will sell faster.
My reason of thinking this, is that no one is going to buy Uncharted 2 without buying/playing the first one.
