If it actually happens, I assume it will be multiplatform now due to Take Two's changed attitude towards exclusivity.
Have to remember in their eyes, single player DLC content is just a one time investment while an online component is unlimited with microtransactions.
Maybe this is a good outlook for RDR2 on PC? Saying they want their releases on as many platforms as possible.
It's not about "removing" it's about adding. Take Bully for example, that didn't have an online component like GTA Online but if there's a Bully 2, you can be sure to expect their take on a GTA Online in the Bully universe which is fully monetized through some form of microtransactions.
I'm guessing you didn't read the article?
Not true at all.
According to the story, devs were hesitant at first but post release has been crazy. Many devs were not sold on the Switch right away.
@LexHazard79 Trust me, I've played Horizon at 1080p and 4K. The difference is crazy, it looks blurry and hard to look at in 1080p when I've played so much of it in 4K. The XBX1 will do the same, there's no denying that either.
I'm personally a fan of the upgraded consoles. PS4 Pro is amazing, and the jump in quality is so noticeable that going back to 1080p hurts my eyes and looks blurry. Xbox One X should be the same, and it's going to be great to play amazing games like Forza Horizon 3 in 4K.
It did arrive on the vault a little earlier than expected so that's what I'm guessing EA are doing. Hoping it will draw in a new audience who will buy the additional content.
Well there was no Ultra Street Fighter IV on Xbox One which was on PS3 and Xbox 360.
Yeah that's the argument. People are going to expect a premium service that's going to be judged much differently compared to having the previous price.
Buy 5 years worth of PlayStation Plus at the lower price. That should cover it.
Should be noted it's gone up to £37 now due to demand. Euro prices are still the same as of this time.
I mean, who even wants Dead Rising 4 on PS4 anyway?
I think 3 was a drop from the original games but at least it didn't take pretty much everything away from Dead Rising that made it good. Dead Rising 4 was just terrible for everyone, fans and casuals who wanted to just kill zombies, even that sucked.
And the story DLC is one of the biggest rip offs in DLC history. I don't even think it's an overstatement to say that. There's not much good to be found in Dead Rising 4.
Yeah I agree, there's no excuse for this. Dead Rising 4 is a major bomb, and it's not like it wasn't a seller series. Dead Rising 3 even as an exclusive pushed 2 million in its first year.
Don't think that was ever said?
Agreed, it's taken a while but they are catching up to NBA 2K visuals. I really want to see the new lighting system running during gameplay.
