What fees? Microsoft isn't charging them and no publisher has said that they are either. Until a publisher comes out and says ther is fee you have zero point.

How do games lack trade in value? You can trade them in at stores yes there could be fee that might come off the value of the game but you can still trade it in. When you buy the game the fee is included in the price if there is on. no publisher has said the will do this yet.

It's too early to declare a winner yet. But micrsoffts pr has been terrible. Sony really outdid them pr wise. I really like what Microsoft is doing with online and digital stuff and that is why I put money down on x1. I'm still on board for ps4 I just can't get both right now. My main Xbox friends have theirs preordered as well so looking forward to that first game of battlefield 4 and party chats
