Lets face it the ps3 is a utter failure. by the time the ps3 even comes close to the 360 both profit wise and quality wise the next gen will be out and microsofts new console will blow away anything sony can throw at them.

once again the xbox 360 crushes the ps3 and the wii. sure the ps3 has nice graphics but none of it is being used. sure the ps3 has a better graphics card (technically) but the xbox 360 is able to use its resources very optimized letting them create graphics that are in the same league if not better then the ps3. + there are loads more games for the xbox 360. and all the WII is its just little block games like that new one stack the blocks then knock em down or whatever it was or that one wher...
Of course the 360 will crush the ps3. the xbox 360 has a ton more games and even more coming out and with xbox live with its full length movie downloads and game addons and even full games that can be downloaded theres no competition.
i can't really blame microsoft for not really being open to open source especially when theres so much competition why would they release there windows XP code or windows vista code (i'm all for vista being released maybe someone can fix it) they'd just lose all of their secrets to another company. imagine if linux used the windows xp code and put it into there own.
Sounds like a perqual will be a nice change from fighting the same war. i'd love to play as the master chief even before he was a spartan. i hope they follow the story of the books.

Even though i hate Bioshock i will admit that it does look alot nicer on the ps3 the lighting is more detailed along with the shaders and textures.
I love halo and all but i hated the 2nd one the 3rd one was more of a remake of 1 nothing new really still a very good game but same thing every time. like in halo 3 cortana tells you to find the cartographer i was thinking wait that was in halo 1 why the hell am i finding it again.
looks cool and all but looking at a screen a few inches from your face everyone is gonna be near sighted unless they have some lens in there to prevent that.
If i didn't know any better i'd say thats on a gamecube. the only new thing in the wii is a slightly better graphics card and a new controller.

hmmmmm why on earth would Microsoft give anything away for free look at the xbox 360 controllers they cost about $10 to make and they sell them for around $40 a pop. it could cost Microsoft $1 to make the little box but they would sell it for $20 i garuntee this will never ever happen Microsoft doesn't give anything away for free. And plus why would you need to speed up the bandwidth when most people have Broadband? and it is required for xbox live it doesn't make much sense in my opinion.
Vista is the prefect example of how controlling Microsoft is. oh lets make direct x 10 but lets make everyone upgrade to our new OS that sucks so bad people would pay NOT to buy it. the only people that have it are businesses. And some gamers that want dx10 despite vista's lame FPS and the worst part its dumb security constantly asking to do anything (clicks my computer) do you wish to allows program 'My computer' to run? its a load of crap. they treat computer uses like toddlers besides that...
This is ubserd the mouse isn't going anywhere noone is going to use a freakin 'wiimote' or a touch screen to control there PC the mouse is used in EVERY computer task even if they had somekind of mind control or voice command built in i'd still use my mouse the mouse will never die out EVER there might be other options for the people that would like a wiimote to control their pc or a touch screen but the mouse will ALWAYS stay at the computer desk end of story.
I don't think valve hand anything to do with the bad port do you really think Valve would sabatoge its own game? even if they hate the ps3 or sony its still sales. And why would they want to ruin their rep for future games? this is just another of example of how EA always manages to screw up even the simplest of projects.
Halo 1 has earned its spot as #1 in the top 10 list. while the graphics are a bit old by todays standards it is still a great game the story is by far the best i have ever seen in a video game and it puts you behind the visor of the master chief. although i think Metroid Prime should have been in the list.
While the unreal 3 engine has great graphics it does have a old look you can instantly tell if a game is made with any one of the unreal versions.
No wonder you got the RROD its pressed up against the back of the cabinet thats the perfect recipe for a overheat. all of the xbox 360's are loud when they turn on but it usually dies down and is almost totally silent i haven't had one problem with mine and had it almost a year now.
