I played the Alpha Beta, and Destiny is kind of both. There is The Crucible, which is just dedicated competitive MP modes, separate from the normal story/explore side of the game.
I'm really excited to see all the strides this optimization is making over the years to come from Sony's 1st Party Developers. Interesting bit of info btw, thanks for sharing.

I kind of agree that core mechanics were somewhat improved in DS2. Dual wielding stance was also a plus, though could have been better fleshed out. The overall easiness, world design, lore, and monster design was what killed it for me though. The way DS1 was laid out was so ingenious, mysterious and intriguing. Earning Soul Weapons amongst other things actually meant earning them, not just get a boss soul and pay 10,000 measly souls or whatever to get a Soul Weapon like in DS2. So many secret...
I actually agree with you for the most part. For those who have played Demon's Souls and Dark Souls extensively, Dark Souls 2 is pretty weak by comparison. That doesn't mean it's necessarily bad, but it simply doesn't stack up imo.

They both offer very different things, so why would you even compare them? As far as just general racing game excitement for me though, DriveClub takes the cake. Can't wait to play it.

DriveClub does/will have rain on the windshield. The cam Evolution used for these videos are hood cams though, not cockpit cams. Pay attention to what you say before you say it.

Killzone is widely regarded as having better visual fidelity than Ryse AND just so happens to be far more open. And don't even get me started on Infamous, because that game pretty much owns anything we've seen released so far on next-ge...

I agree, I loved Apocalypse. However, there was something about the first two games that stuck with me more. Maybe it was the settings? Idk. It would be cool if they had Apocalypse's shifting levels, but in Pacific Rifts setting and attitude.
This is so f'n incredible. I need this game so f'n bad. Absolutely amazing stuff. Can't wait to experience whey car and every location in different ways with weather and time-of-day transitions and everything.

I think your key words there are 'in a Driveclub article'. At the very least I don't go out of my way to bring people down who are excited about another game. Sometimes I don't respond in kind to trolls who are on PlayStation related articles, and for that I am sorry. I just get sick of it every once in a while, and don't always keep a cool head when hateful people make blatantly wrong, wholly biased, and often dillusional statements.
