got the game 1 week after launch (damn shipping from amazon and skybox) but when I heard they had audio sync problems I refrained from playing...this one is supposed to fix that so finally I get to kill again as Kratos :)
quoted:
"With Sony's marketing and distribution on top, the total spend looked something like €40 million."
It cost quite a bit oh and in case you all are thinking I am attacking the game, I'm not, its just that 16 million is not accurate for the entire costs.
16 mil to make plus adding advertising and distribution it adds up to 40 million Euros. That's a crap load of money for a single game that's a new IP and unique.
too bad, not my kind of game, I get bored of horror style games very quickly. Still lets hope they don't screw it up.
played the first 2 hunts(or whatever its called)the rat and cat ones and enjoyed the hell out of it, still mostly confused but I have it paused on my vita at home and I am looking forward to continuing after work. I thought it nice to have the game from the start, can't wait to try the MP as well.
I will say that PSN doesn't update on time ever, the store is terrible(new one is worse than the old one and that wasn't all that great) and the very few(and its quite rarely) downtimes suck.
But to make a bigger deal out of it than it is, is ridiculous. 3 hours IS a "while", and its just a counter point to show that both systems get issues to deal with, not a dig at MS.
wow that is one ignorant comment, said by a person who knows nothing of the world outside your little bubble.
LMAO, yea, wasn't xbox live down for a while last week?
Forza 5 vs Drive Club probably, though a GT6 launch title for PS4 (with simultaneous PS3 release) would be excellent and a system seller.
Spoken like a true ass, he's taking the attitude that because always online will eventually be the future(his gut instinct aside I do believe that as well but not for another decade or so) we should just be happy with it.
His example of the cabin in the woods is a joke, you cannot tell people that they should be unplugged completely for a little while that its "good for you", its ridiculous and screams big ass ego(which Cliff does have if you ever watched or re...
A bit expensive but I think I might go for it.
slade Wilson is his real name.
graphics might not be everything but it plays a big part of games, that said I thought the game looked good, not sure where the "poor graphics" comment came from, its not best of the best quality but it still has a nice ambiance to it and great designs(which are part of the term "graphics").
they said long before the PC version was released that it would be a direct port and they were not familiar with PC development on the whole. So they admitted, before release, that it was not going to be improved and for giving a straight answer I applaud them and will continue to support them (on consoles though).
most of these are far from underrated.
well I actually liked Dragon Age 2, well until I actually played the original Dragon Age, which made the second part look like a joke. But I do agree with you.
@KwietStorm
really strong enemies maybe?
sad that I have never played a dark cloud game (hd collection maybe?) but I loved Rogue Galaxy, spent so many hours maxing out and fusing weapons it was not funny.
Still early and I haven't played it yet, big big big year for gaming both this gen and next.
Who's talking about "not justified"?
All I said is that the total costs is not 16 mil but 40 mil from this exact same article. LMAO this site really is getting ridiculous with over eager fanboys misreading and ignoring simple statements.
I bet if I said that Heavy rain is one of the best games I've ever played or that it was so good that I pushed to get my first platinum trophy from it, or I bought it day 1 that there would be a different ...
