I noticed the damage modeling on the PS3 version is gimped. The cars don't get dented, only scratched. Look at the hood after the first crash and pause at 40sec and 52sec to see differences. I tried to dent the cars but the bumpers would just fall off over time they would never get damaged.
Don't let this be another Ghostbusters situation. I'm getting this game on PS3 because I have Logitech wheel. I need to invest in a good gaming PC then I won't have this problem.
How reliable is this? I would love to see a NFS Shift demo.
Finally a PS3 commercial humans can understand, not some baby doll crying oil. Great slogan too "It Only Does Everything"*
* Except cross game chat and universal in game music and party system but I guess they can blame EA for that now.
Let the disagrees flow, but you know it's all facts.
I think they mean the cable itself. From the photos I've seen it still has an Ethernet port.
If your this excited about the slim announcement chances are you already have a PS3 and this doesn't effect you at all.
agreed
didnt think it would be possible, cant wait to play Crysis 2 on the PS3.
Sure 360 will be awesome too
I can't remember the last time I touched my Wii. So much potential, to bad they only games they can make for it are waggle fests. You hardcore gamers should be grateful for the good games they give us like Animal crossings and Wii Music.
Why do people assume the Slim will be cheaper? If the slim comes out that will only justify a price drop on the current PS3 models. If the Slim is going to be cheaper shouldn't the PSPgo be cheaper too. When has a new model of anything come out cheaper?
No mini USB port. Does that mean I have to have a pspGO specific cable just to hook up to PC?
What did they win?
CS would kind of fall under Half-Life.
This is the dumbest graph of pure speculation, I'm surprised it's not in crayon. Honestly, I mean honestly I am now slightly dumber by just looking at that graph.
I think I'll wait till they come out with PSP2(as long as it has two analog nubs).
Where are the adapters to turn my 360's triggers into slippery, slidy, slope buttons? Oh yeah no one would want those.
I've never bought a multi-platform game for PS3. As soon as the PS3 version starts outperforming the 360 version I'll start buying my multi-platform titles on PS3. The lack of a party system, cross game chat, and in game music streaming from my pc is also why I choose to play multi-platform games on 360. Don't get me wrong I think the PS3 is a great console whose exclusives out shine 360 graphically but that's not going to sell multi-platform games.
I hate how Sony takes things away saying that consumers don't care about it or don't want it. Only to later bring it back because they realized how dumb of a mistake it was to take it away. I think we all remember the whole we're never going back to rumble, six axis is the new best thing. Backwards compatibility should be a standard on all next gen console, and was at one point.
This list has been out since the PS3 launched. We just have to wait for this mythical 3.0 firmware, right? Sony can't be this ignorant of consumer demand for better features.
I have it on PS3 and I have the damage set on full and still no dents. Hopefully it is a glitch or something but it is really obvious. Funny people are disagreeing even though there is a video showing the difference.
