Ok here is something for you. There are tons of sites that stream divx videos (Legal and Illegal). Honestly that crap you will get from Netflix is viewable by those sites weeks faster and in a far superior Divx quality. So we can watch them for $0 a year. X-Bot feel sad, its ok.
So DVD games getting a upgrade? This is silly since the tech is outdated. I say just worry about making the games today work today. Its not good to keep making people feel bad one year after buying there systems. Arcade-->Premium-->Elite -->New System= I feel screwed :(
This game is starting to go pass epic. I see the Multi Player as a kind of PSO like piece. And that is not bad at all. With DLC taking over this could morph into something unseen ever.

So they are selling damaged goods to people and laughing about it? I pray that the RROD's come quick and screw up there fun ride. So funny is the Japanese market never had so many systems out at one time meaning when the RROD's do hit they will get flooded and not know and not fix them all and lose the user base they think they have.
If you look at what I said and the fact that they all agree is MS is taking a bigger hit. Sony is taking hits to but not a major one like the American economy is doing to them. I noticed SCEA, SCEJ, SCEE haven't called a hiring freeze like the Xbox Division has.
Well the funny news is the American economy taking so many hits that MS is feeling the burn. We all know they are in a hiring freeze in the 360 department. Sony on the other hand isn't taking so may hit because the are Japanese based. What this means is they will stop the shift west for a bit and focus east again and stick with home products. Notice the amount of PS3 exclusives announced by 3rd parties coming out. Also the Wii(I don't like it but they are getting love too.

Here is why they will charge and get away with it. They had the first online based console. Its not that is the best its the fact that a majority of people stick with what they know. Come people we all know people who keep using outdated products just because they are use to it. XBL will never die simply because it came out first. The only way is to beat them to the punch on the next systems and force people to see they are not.
Something you are forgetting is causal fans also bring fads. Everyone is so happy to see so called gamers get systems but then feel silly when they don't show back up. Like he was trying to say Nintendo doesn't want you because at some point you will want more of them. Imagine a Wii Sports title with over 50 events.
