I should be able to run it on high without any problems.

There's 2 ways to get in:
1. Pre-order the game at GameStop/EB Games and get a voucher from them with a code in it.
2. Buy (I think) next week's QORE and there will be a code.
It's not just you. I always notice that news posts about the game go un-noticed... hopefully that doesn't reflect sales.
As for me, I'm stoked about the game. I loved Midnight Club 3 and this one looks even better.
Any game editor slaughters Forge. That 'editor' was a joke.
