It could have been a patch that required a payment to unlock or something. Regardless, it's best to get that out of the way ASAP before people question it. That's how capcom announced it :P
Where did they announce this at? It's not in the PS Blog post that was sourced in the article. It just says that Prologue is an early look at TTT2 for PS3. Doesn't say a date or anything.
Tag 2 isn't even out in arcades yet. Considering how long it took for Tekken 6 to make it to consoles, there's no sure way to know that it's coming out next year unless Namco specifically announced it. They haven't.
I'm so confused!
I actually think he's really good.
Lol, that was actually a mistake on my part. Nice catch :P
The session no longer available thing happens from time to time. It's different than the desync problem. Before this patch you couldn't even select alternate costumes or else it would desync.
I've never seen the check your router or ethernet cable message before. That one is weird.
>_> where's the image! lol
I'm excited to see how Rain plays :D
Yeah, it's really annoying. It happens to me more often than not.
I agree. That would have been awesome.
Can't wait :D
3rd Strike Online Edition is teh awesome :D
From SFIV to SSFIV - 10 more characters, new stages, new music, second ultra combos, completely rebalanced cast, drastically improved online features, including 8 player lobbies, replay channels, tourney mode, and team battles.
I'd love to see how that would be DLC, let alone available as DLC for an affordable price.
AE is DLC because the changes aren't quite as drastic and the additions are nowhere near as comprehensive. It's also getting a ret...
While I agree that MK9 breaks the mold when it comes to single player content, there's a reason why Super Street Fighter IV is still played to this day. It's not because of its story mode. It's not because of the trial mode. It's because of the gameplay.
Let's just look at all the games the article mentions. Who plays Soul Calibur IV anymore? That game had a very small lifespan. Virtua Fighter 5 was practically nonexistent to the community. Tekken 6 is sti...
@iamgoatman
Unfortunately, the record/playback function is not properly done. It records your actions just fine but the playback is flawed. You can't do anything at all. It's basically a video.
If you read the article, you'll see that a proper playback function would let players program an AI to do certain things for testing purposes. For example, if you wanted the AI to do a spear over and over again, you could set it to do just that. That way yo...
Although it's not exactly what you're asking for, you can disable x-rays in versus mode or online if you input the following kombat kode:
2-4-2-2-4-2
Obviously both players need to agree to it first. Maybe you can find other players with a similar opinion? I would recommend starting a chat room titled "Disable X-ray" and maybe people will join you. Forums might help too. I'm pretty sure you're not the only one that thinks that.
I forgot all about that. I believe their answer was something along the lines of "whenever we can". That's probably why I forgot all about it. That answer was not really good enough lol.
Most of these bugs aren't even easy to replicate unless you know what you're doing. It's nowhere near gamebreaking.
I don't really see how that's true. MvC3 really threw off SSFIV in terms of hype and popularity as of late I've noticed. You can really tell from streams as well. WNF is pure MvC3 because that's what people want to see.
Technically you are paying for an update when you buy certain DLC since you are usually downloading free patches. Depends on how you look at it.
Capcom is known for their significant updates to fighting games, so they prolly could have done a SSFIV: AE + and charge for it by adding something epic to it.
