I have seen on the news as well as read that terrorist are using in game chat to meet online to communicate and pass information since it is harder to track than using social media. It's unfortunate because innocent people will be inconvenienced, but I would gladly give up my ability to play multiplayer if it would help prevent another attack like San Bernardino or Paris.

It wasn't misleading at all. At least on the X1 home page they had video posted with Major Nelson clearly stating it was for preview members only and that it was only 18 games. The video can now be found under E3 coverage on your Xbox. That's why there were people on reddit offering invites to the preview program so people could try it out.

On Xbox it takes about 15 sec to load back in running the game from my external drive. 3.0 USB / 7200rpm.
Also for those who are concerned about performance on the Xbox One, playing the game from an external hard drive greatly improves performance as far as load times go. Also helped a lot with the camera feeling laggy or stuttering. I originally played it from my internal hard drive and got disappointing results. Moved it over to my external drive and saw a big difference. I would imagine upgrading the hard drive on the PS4 could have a similar effect.
