Personally, I thought Enslaved was a much better game. I'm still going through Castlevania, I'm on chapter V but the story just isn't as appealing to me as Enslaved was. Of course the combat in Castlevania is much better but I'd rather have a better story over better combat

I'm sorry but this is beyond old.
I agree that the ending wasn't as great as it should have been but the games story as a whole was truly fantastic. Not many games today have stories that really make me want to keep on going, this isn't to say I don't complete my games because I do, however, Enslaved's story was near perfect. It wasn't convoluted, you had three main characters, each background was easy to comprehend and the game had one solid purpose.
