In 2013 we're going to have more home consoles then ever, steam box, wiiu, ouyea, ps4,xbox8 and there's a rumor going around another home console in 2014 is joining the party.
I don't want to be forced to download dlc content included with patches.
I have no intention to buy some of the dlc stuff, like mp maps, racing tracks, cars and whatever, but I'm forced to download them.
For me it's just useless stuff using my hdd space.
If you have a patch that fixes some game bugs, those fixes are smal code and just couple of megs big, give me option to download just the bug fixes.

Stopped playing it long ago,because of huge updates.
I mean I still play it sometimes, but only offline, deleted all the mandatory updates.

The console gamers are getting ps4 and next box which are more powerful than the steambox,and cheaper.
The steanbox is to week to compete,low end hardware plus bigger Os overhead.
It can barely run curent gen games on 720p/30fps.
Looking at the hardware specs of that box, it is to week for anyone to buy it.
Why would a pc gamer buy it, if he already has a better pc or even laptop sitting at home?

If we believe Nvidia, Tegra4 is in some aspects better than ps360 and in some is on par.

It the WiiU sells good, and reach a big user base,say 50mil in two years.
It's not impossible,publishers won't ignore it.
And unlike old wii,WiiU has enough power to run ports of ps4 and nexbox,it will be easy to scale down.
But a N console ist first and foremost for exclusive games,and if we get some ports thats good,but it better be good ports or peoples won't consider buying it.

Well, ps360 is about 500 GFLOPS and ps4 and next box won't be 5 TFLOPS.
I hope they reach 2 TFLOPS,anything more and I will be more then happy.
I also think many gamers will be really disappointed,because the jump will not be so big like ps2 to ps3.
Doom4 is coming to current gen also,no way they are going to skip a 150mil+ user base.
