Just to give PCWorld props because the article is grounded and realistic in what can be achieved on these rigs. I still think keyboard mouse should be included in price but you guys trying to lump a monitor in are high. Thats like including the price of your TV in the cost of the console.
You are not getting 4k 30 in modern games with that. It's also not factoring the keyboard, mouse, or controller. It's also missing a 4k bluray drive. I love PC but this isn't even close to the same tech in the x. PC is front loaded on cost consoles are back loaded. ie PC your rig is expensive but you can get software cheap if your patient and no online fees. Consoles are cheap hardware but the software remains higher priced and you pay to play.

Why does no one seem to understand that when they say 4k they are talking about the exact same settings as the regular xbox just with a rez boost. Its not inconcivable they could hit 4k 60 fps when you look at it like that. I was born in 81 and my first console was Atari 2600. I had it hooked up in my room on a little black and white tv. I can't remember the size but it was small(20" or below). It runs on 2.4 ghz wireless band i believe. Unless your MB came with bluetooth built in you will need a pci card or usb adapter for that as well and some software to trick your pc into thinking its an xbox controller.
