But I do think the vast majority of people who played Doom the Dark Ages on a Xbox series consoles played it thru Gamepass . And yes absolutely that hurt the sales of DOOM TDA.
I did watch 2 video reviews who have Game Pass and did a review for DOOM the Dark Ages and they both said they bought DOOM TDA because they are big DOOM fans. So that is cool . Also , a lot of people still haven't bought current gen hardware yet, including me . If I had a PS5 I would have pre-ordered DOOM TDA . I think this game will have good sales over time ,because it is a single player game.
Congrats on getting a over a million from 1 hand ! I am still working on getting my first 100 thousand hand . Yes very addictive. Watched a video featuring John Romero recently, he said he is also very addicted to playing Balatro .
I put around 10 to 14 hours into Balatro. Very fun and somewhat easy game to pick up and play . But if you want to get long deeper runs, definitely requires a good strategy. I very much recommend trying out Balatro if you haven't yet.
Bought and finished the campaign for Metro 2033 Redux for the PS4 back in 2015. Really good campaign! Definitely worth my time back then .
Due to focusing all my time and money going to moving into a new apartment for me , I had to delay purchasing a PS5 Pro. My plan was, to buy a PS5 Pro before May 15 to play DOOM the Dark Ages. Hopefully I should be able to buy one before QuakeCon 2025 in August . Maybe the PS5 Pro will have a price drop by then . I also have not bought any PS5 yet.
From the reviews I watched so for , they said Doom the Dark Ages is slower than Eternal but Doom Dark Ages is still a lot faster then most of FPS games today.

Genisis was the EA NHL Hockey games . I was going to buy a Sega Saturn, but there was no EA NHL EA Hockey 96 for the Sega Saturn in 1995 . So I ended up buying PlayStation because it was a hundred dollars cheaper and I had good feeling that the Playstation was going to attract the most video game developer studios .

So, from the all the reviews I read or watched , they are saying, the flying Dragon section is not good .But, they are raving about how fun the gameplay is, when Doom guy is on foot.
On metacritic, based on around 125 reviews between all platforms, it has a score of 86.
When I first seen a trailer of La Quimera i was excited because a lot of developers who worked on the Metro games also made La Quimara . But after watching of couple reviews of La Quimera I will wait until it goes on sale . Only a 4 hour game , but only selling for 30 bucks.
I watched this the other day . Good video . Basically she said, stock holders are looking for the next big trend in video games.. And because video games did not bring 300 billion a year as predicted during the panic, the stock holders are moving their money towards A.I.. The good thing is , there is still companies that want to make great single player games , but it so expensive to to make triple AAA games today . So we are getting less big budget games today ..
