This is sad, I really wanted to get this >.< When are the companies going to learn that copy protection methods such as these only hurt the paying customers and not the pirates. I guess I just won't buy it along with the other games that implement such over the top copy protection methods.
Looks pretty much identical to me
4:05 - 4:20, the section when she throws the bag you can see the sun on the ps3 side while the xbox is just a really big bright area (then again this is just a demo so who knows).
As for tearing I did notice a couple of instances while playing the demo on the ps3 (but once again this is just the demo code), i don't have a 360 so I have no idea what the demo was like on that.
As for the textures I can't really say the vid...
