I didn't put this in the review, but I'd advise people to wait instead of importing at this point. In less then two months everyone can use that extra money and get 4 more games and a bigger memory card.

Silly list, but Bioshock Infinite should be on there. I think that has a good chance of being 2012's GOTY, it's the first game from Irrational since 2007's original.
The Last of Us seems great, but I'm not sure if it'll be GOTY materiel. We know nothing about the gameplay at this point.
I knew someone would say this. I think it's fair because we all say Uncharted is the best looking console game. Even though it's linear and we really shouldn't be putting it up against open world games like Skyrim.

Bah, I own a Vita and 3DS, both have awesome games, and kids and adults can enjoy both of them. Cut all the BS...

@Frankfurt umm, some folks would label me an Apple fanboy, I've owned every iPhone and iPad. So yeah, I've played many iOS RPGs and MMOs. They have longer campaigns sometimes, but none of them have the production values of this game.
If this were an Appstore game for $4.99 it wouldn't be this long. If it was, it wouldn't have the same graphics and production values.
Indulge a little, get a Vita too! The 3DS is cool, Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land are amazing--but the Vita is on another level. Also you wouldn't be buying it for Uncharted, there's going to be a bunch of other great titles on it.
The 3DS is cool, but Mario, Zelda, and Pokemon can only get me so far. They're all great series, I just want some console type games on the go.
8 hours and 20 odd minutes. It was the shortest in the series in my opinion. Or maybe after two games I'm just a lot better. Still I can't wait for this.

I think his sports/Mario Kart stuff is just community service, when it comes down to it he'll still rain down hell on Mario if Bowser calls.
Thanks, I hate that splash screen ad. It's like rubbing salt on a wound since the site doesn't have hardly any original content. It's mostly just copied and pasted, I know they break some stories, but whomever runs that site needs to inject it with some personality.
I too was going to import (partly so I could do an early review for my site), but I decided it's just not worth it. I'll wait until Feb. and get it plus 4-5 games, and an 8GB memory stick.
I own every console and I'm far from a fanboy for any one of them, but saying the Xbox 360 has the best exclusives is a lie at this point. Even if you're a diehard 360 fan you have to admit that Sony is winning on that front. They're still announcing new IPs, just take a look at The Last of Us.
No, the game takes place across the United States not in one city. So it probably won't be open world.
Believe it or not--but it's actually worth the $49.99 asking price IMHO. I payed $78 for the import version and it's quality surprised me. The price is probably high because it cost more to make than other portable games.
