I think you missed the point. Both consoles deliver 4K content. And both will upscale games to 4K. Nobody is claiming that X1S has specs in line with PSPro.
Edit: what I REALLY meant to say is that only ps pro can do 4k and that xbox is lame. XD

I'd say its whichever one has the games you want to play. In that respect I predict many opinions.
I think its a good option for people who dont have a PS4 yet. Or for the core fanbase willing to trade up.
I had a coworker ping me this morning on Skype. Asked me if I was thinking about getting one (knowing I'm a gamer) and I just gave a plain "no". He said to me that since he didnt have a PS4 yet he was thinking about getting the Pro, but also said that for people who already have a PS4 its kind of unnecessary. Always interesting to hear opinions like that...
Playstation cant compete against Xbox anyways. Too much down time and single player tom foolery. Xbox brings the pain. doesnt matter who says what competes against whatever, at the end of the day best experience for gamers like me is unquestionably Xbox. Let these corporations talk themselves into and out of things.
