Totally agree with you. I am sure Sony is probably working on a price cut for EU right now. Although it probably wont be put into effect until GT5P launches for PS3.
I mean, with over a million pre-orders for a 'prologue' of a game, why in the world would they want to cut the price now ?
I somehow belive this. They are already dominating the casual handheld market with their iphone, ipod and itouch. Mac have recently been gaming as well.
And with Microsoft, focused on their Xbox 360 and wining the console war, they have pushed all their resource on the 360. Every now and then, they toss the PC section some good game.
Man, PSP is a killer system, regardless of what any one says. How the hell do you 'revive' something that was not dead to begin with in the first place ? The system has been kicking ass ever since it launched. And with the recent launch of the slim version, the system just keep on giving with the increase memory and inclusion of Skype.
To be honest, I think all Sony has to do now is announce that GT5P bundle for US as well and they would not even need the price cut. MGS4 is around the corner as well.
The pressure right now is on Microsoft, their lead has been shrinking ever since PS3 launched. Am more interested to see how they will spin this around when PS3 over outsells the 360 in April since they said that is when their supply issues would be resolved.

Well it's doable. All Sony and BD group has to do is make BD players a little cheaper and give it more marketing push. They kinda have slacked with the advertising ever since HD DVD conceited defeat.
That was a rumor, they have not confirmed nothing yet.
Am guessing, they are really waiting to see BD boon big before they jump on board. Technically, they have been part of BD since the beginning, they are just waiting for the right time to release something.

Yeah the war between PS3 and 360 really took of after the format war. Now is time to see how those two companies will fight this out. So far Sony has been dominating this year...Microsoft is bout to do well with the recent price.
This would probably end up been my first golf game, not really a big fan of that sport ya know.

I think is EPIC, they are not 'FULLY' supporting developers that license their engine for their games. I think they just give them minimal support.
