The value for money argument is a strong one. I already invest more money in games than other activities like going to the football or cinema because I see it as a superior cash-sink. And if a game lasts longer than another, all the better.
The only exception is that it must be quality. I'm not going to get mugged off.
Do you think we'll ever see a game that has an equally high quality MP as it does campaign? I was foolishly hoping Dead Space 2 might be that game. Now holding out for Uncharted 3.
Longevity is definitely an issue with all games lacking MP. I guess the combat and stealth maps on disc and as DLC help Arkham Asylum helped in that department.
???
Jeepers!
Long before I became games editor. Promotional blurb follows...ahem: "Orange Games promotes online, PC and mobile gaming. We have four partners, including hardcore gaming Metaboli (they also work with CVG), who supply titles for everyone to play. Quick online plays, casual games and full PC titles." Phew! Apologies and thanks.
Grrr and double GRRR to you PSN+ users!
Apologies for that TruGameIDH. Please read the comment I just posted on Kapow Games:
I hold my hands up. Poor research on my behalf combined with a slight disappointment mixed to result in some pretty below par journalistic skills. The story is now updates…please come back to the site.

Just because something has a big fat zero on the price tag shouldn't detract from the quality of the product should it? After all, both paid for and free content come from the devs so they should be striving to uphold standards in quality.
There's no getting away from the fact that Shadow Mode is seriously lacking some creative thought.
That is all.
'...no one is worried about it.'
Somebody obviously is...
Sure by nature all games are repetitive but it took me a lot less time to lose interest in inFamous than it did GTA4 for example, which got a lot more stick for samey missions.
I think as long as the game is engaging enough you can replay the same set-pieces and scenarios over and over again without complaint. Unfortunately, and it breaks my heart to say it, I just didn't feel inFamous did was that game.
I'm sure they won't. Did you feel it took far to long to unlock all his abilities though? I got tired of using the R1 attack pretty quickly.
Ooops! You are probably right. Sorry about that.
Isn't Amaterasu that dog thing? I dunno about that.
I dunno if Marvel will be very happy with Superman featuring somehow josephayal.
If 'the main idea is to destroy your enemy's cover whilst creating your own' are the tactics employed too much like those used in Red Faction games?
While we're at it why not get the rest of The Fighter cast in to play every other Uncharted character? I can see Bale playing Victor Sullivan.
Crap! I knew I shoulda kept the word 'sometime' in the piece. Look out for an update soon :)
Pleased you all enjoy/agree with piece. It's nice to know the writing is appreciated by you lot.
Offered the chance to play it an no doubt be immediately disappointed :(
