Yeah because Gears 1 had amazing graphics. whereas resistance 1 had sh!tty graphics. How do improve upon amazing? Tweak it to fine tune it, optimize the engine, make it run better.
Like sony doesn't copy things (AHEM trophies). Each company takes the competition's concepts and improves upon them. it's how the world works...ever hear of reverse engineering?

I have watched a few videos of the beta i hear a lot about from all the sony fanboys, and i'm sorry but R2 looks awful. The gameplay is dreadful, the AI was terrible, I mean am I missing something...?
